SP MLA Nahid Hasan produced before trial court

SHAMLI: A day after Samajwadi Party MLA Nahid Hasan was granted bail by the Supreme Court on Wednesday, he was brought to the Kairana trial court on Thursday for regular hearing, but was sent back to Chitrakoot jail.

Hasan who was produced in the MP MLA court said that he has full faith in the judiciary. MLA's representative Manoj Rana said, "Hasan was presented in the court in the gangster act case and we expect relief from the judiciary." The three-time SP MLA from the Kairana constituency has been in jail since January 29 over multiple criminal cases including Gangster Act, criminal intimidation. Sachin Sharma
