Daily wager hangs self, probe underway

Haridwar: A 28-year-old man committed suicide in Rishikesh by hanging self from a tree on Friday. His body was found by the locals who informed the police.
The deceased has been identified as Jeetu, a resident of Kalika Dhal falling under Rishikesh police station jurisdiction. Jeetu was a daily wager. SHO Rishikesh police station Ritesh Shah informed that no suicide note was found from the spot and investigation is ongoing.“His body has been sent for autopsy,” added the official.
