Three die in TN road accidents
Three men died and another suffered serious injuries in two separate road accidents in Coimbatore and Tirupur on Sunday night.
The first accident happened in Annur near Coimbatore where a two-wheeler rider died on the spot and the pillion survived.
The accident happened on the Coimbatore-Sathyamangalam Road. R Sathish Kumar (20) and another R Sathish Kumar (21), both hailing from Erode, were working as construction labourers in Annur. When they were returning home, their two-wheeler collided with a Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) bus near Vadakkalur Pirivu.
Sathish Kumar, who was riding the two-wheeler, died on the spot. Sathish suffered grievous injuries. People on the spot rushed him to Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital (CMCH).
Dinesh Kumar, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to Tirupur Government Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
