CBI raid at sex assault case accused house

Coimbatore: The CBI searched the ancestral house of Thirunavukkarasu, the prime accused in the Pollachi sexual assault and blackmail case, at Chinnappampalayam in Pollachi on Tuesday. It is believed that series of sexual assaults took place in the house.

A special team headed by CBI inspector Karunanidhi searched Thirunavukkarasu’s house in the presence of village administrative officer (VAO). The searched lasted for more than one hours. The CBI team also conducted inquiry with neighbours and family members of Thirunavukkarasu.
