CHENNAI: A meeting of DMK MLAs, MPs and district secretaries will be held through videoconferencing on Thursday evening.

M K Stalin has convened the meeting. But it did not mention the reason for the meeting that will begin at 4.30pm.
This is the second meeting of district secretaries, MPs and MLAs in July. On July 16, a meeting was held where it was decided that party cadre and leaders would raise slogans against the Tamil Nadu government for revising the 'power tariff'.
The protest was held across the state on July 21 with Stalin and others holding a black flags outside their residences and shouting slogans against high power tariff.
