Cyclone Fengal: Chennai beaches, parks closed
CHENNAI: As Cyclone Fengal nears Chennai, all the city beaches and parks have been closed to the public from Friday evening as a precautionary measure.
GCC maintains beaches like Marina Beach, Elliot’s Beach and Thiruvanmiyur Beach and more than 850 parks in the city.
People are advised not to park their vehicles under trees.
