Anna University annual tech fest Kurukshetra to begin on Feb 13

CHENNAI: Kurukshetra, Anna University's annual techno-management fest, will be held at College of Engineering in Guindy here from February 13 to 17.
Initiated in 2007, the fest consists of a wide-range of competitive events, workshops on latest technologies, guest lectures by eminent personalities and entertainment-oriented events.
This year, over 30 events will be conducted in eight different streams, including coding, engineering, management and robotics, according to the official website created for the event.
Besides conventional events, three online events will be conducted. Olympics of Programming Competition (OLPC), one of the oldest programming contest in the world, has been simulated in this event.
Cyber security expert from Internet and Mobile Association of India (IMAI) Rakshit Tandon and wildlife photographer Rathika Ramasamy will address the participants during the fest.
As many as 15 workshops on topics like organ printing and self-driving cars will also be a part of the event.
