Shimla: The Shimla police have arrested two accused in a drug trafficking case from a village in Rohru on Saturday. The accused have been identified as Shishu Pal (43) and Ravi Chauhan (31), both residents of Bartu village.
On March 13, the police conducted an operation at Mukam Badiara and recovered approximately 6 grams of heroin (chitta) from the possession of the one Lalit Kumar of Sundha Bhaunda village in Chirgaon tehsil.
Following an in-depth investigation and by tracing backward links in the case, the police took further action and arrested the two accused on March 28, identifying them as the suppliers of the consignment.
