Snatchers strike twice in city

In the last two days, there have been two incidents of people being snatched by thieves on motorcycles in Chandigarh. In the first incident, a 16-year-old boy was snatched from near the manimajra sports complex. The second incident involved a 24-year-old man from Mauli Jagran and a 24-year-old man from Kupwara who were both accused of the crime. Tahil Rasool Tali, a resident of Kupwara, alleged that three men snatched his mobile phone near the transport light point.
