‘Safai mitras’ attendance to be online

Panchkula: In a bid to enhance transparency, attendance of “safai mitras” of Panchkula MC will now be recorded online. From Monday, all safai mitras will mark their attendance on E-Hajri app issued by the corporation. MC commissioner Sachin Gupta said that the E-Hajri app will be made available to all ward/sector supervisors from Monday. He added supervisors will be trained in usage of the app on Monday. He sad safai mitras will not be able to mark their own attendance on their personal mobile phones. TNN
