Over Rs 2.5cr development push for Jandiala Guru villages

Amritsar: Punjab public works minister Harbhajan Singh ETO laid the foundation stones of link road projects worth Rs 2.78 crore in various villages of the Jandiala Guru constituency here on Tuesday.The minister said the construction of these roads would prove to be a milestone in the overall development of these villages.He informed that in Saido Lehal, various interlocking roads would be constructed at a cost of Rs 1.40 crore. These roads will have a total length of 3.50 km and a width of 10 feet, which will significantly improve transportation facilities within the village, the minister said.MSID:: 130418816 413 |
