Haryana Excise and Taxation Minister, Kiran Choudhry on Sunday advocated the cause of clean and honest politics saying that political parties should nominate honest candidates to contest elections as both people and political environment would be in favour of the honest and clean politics.

CHANDIGARH: A day after Arvind Kejriwal took oath as chief minister of Delhi, Haryana Excise and Taxation Minister, Kiran Choudhry on Sunday advocated the cause of clean and honest politics saying that political parties should nominate honest candidates to contest elections as both people and political environment would be in favour of the honest and clean politics.
Choudhry was addressing a felicitation function organized by traders and industrialist association at Bhiwani.

She said that today common people have become aware of politics and society could only be benefited when political parties have honest candidates in elections. Now days have gone for those political leaders who mislead the people by making false promises.
Choudhry said that her lone objective is to ensure development in the area and she is moving ahead with this vision. “I want that the people of Bhiwani do not face any difficulty in getting basic amenities”, she added. Every possible effort was being made to resolve the problem of drinking water and sewerage.
