1x1 polls
Saxena and V K Singh said the Election Commission wanted to ensure that no eligible voter was left out from the electoral list, and they had asked the district administration to ensure that youngsters aged between 18 and 19 were enrolled.
They said around 20% polling stations would be covered under web-casting. Representatives of political parties told officials that certain polling stations required monitoring by paramilitary forces.
