Genomic quiz held at PGI
Chandigarh:The paediatric haematology oncology unit in support with the genetics and metabolic unit and allergy immunology unit celebrated World DNA Day at the PGI by conducting a genomic quiz GQ2023 event for all research students of the institute.The chief guest for the quiz was Prof. Radhika Srinivasan head of the department of gynaecological pathology & cytology, PGI. She motivated the students and shared her experiences in genomics.PGI director Prof. Vivek Lal addressed all students and researchers and stressed young students to work hard and translate their genomic knowledge to the best of patient care. The quiz marked five years of next generation sequencing genomic services. tnn
