Cong MP Deepender Hooda seeks withdrawal of case against MLA
Chandigarh: The Congress MP from Rohtak, Deepender Hooda, on Tuesday expressed resentment over the filing of a case against Congress MLA from Guhla, Devendra Hans, and demanded that if there is even a shred of respect for democracy, the case should be withdrawn immediately.Hooda said the SDM, who did not listen to the public representative, should be transferred immediately, and an impartial inquiry should be conducted in this matter. He said if this does not happen, all BJP govt ministers will be given rattles. Hooda questioned under which democratic principle a case was filed against those raising their voice for the public and against corruption. "The SDM will have to answer for his working style someday." "If the SDM has rights, then the elected public representative from Guhla Cheeka also has the right to speak. In such a situation, if the govt does such work, then we are ready to fight at every level," said Hooda.
