Kullu: Three tourists from Delhi were killed and three others injured after their car collided with a parapet on the Chandigarh-Manali highway in Babeli near Kullu town early Thursday morning.
A police officer said the victims were on their way to Manali. The driver apparently lost control over the vehicle, leading to the collision. All the occupants were rushed to the Regional Hospital, Kullu, after locals alerted the emergency services.

The deceased were identified as Sonia Arora (40), Sakshi (27), and Divansh (5), the son of Sachin Arora. The injured are Sachin, his 11-year-old daughter Abhika, and Sahil Verma, 37.
A police officer said they are trying to ascertain the exact cause of the accident. "A technical malfunction or driver losing control is the likely reason," said the officer.
A case was registered at the Kullu police station.
