CHANDIGARH: The Mohali-based builder, KK Malhotra — who had lodged a complaint with the CBI against the former Mohali deputy superintendent of police (DSP) Raka Ghira in a bribery case — turned hostile on Friday before the special CBI court in Chandigarh.
Malhotra refused to identify the video-recording of the party that had raided the residence of Raka Ghira and also the voice of Raka Ghira in the audio-recording of a conversation between him and the DSP on the bribery amount.
Now the case has been fixed for May 12, when the defence counsel would cross-examine him.
