FATEHABAD: Five persons, including three advocates of Hisar, have been booked for allegedly forging a signature to prepare a fake contract to sell a house and then filing a case in the court to get its contract implemented. Allegedly, the son of the victim's brother-in-law got the contract prepared in the name of his brother-in-law with three lawyers of Hisar.

Fatehabad police said City Ratia police station has registered a case on the complaint of Kiran Singla, against her nephew Rajat Singla (son of brother-in-law), also from Ratia, his brother-in-law Dinesh Kumar, a resident of Tilak Bazar, Hisar, and three advocates - Kunal Bhukkal, Ramphal Bishnoi and Kapil alias Ajay Aggarwal under various IPC sections. In her complaint, the woman said she has been a proprietor for the last 10 years in the firm M/s Ramprasad Vijender Kumar in Ratia's Anaj Mandi, and Vijender Singla, the firm's book keeper, was her brother-in-law, who died on May 20, 2020. During Singla's illness, his son Rajat used to look after the bank work.
