3 arrested for snatching mobile phone

Chandigarh: Police have arrested three people for allegedly snatching a mobile phone from a cyclist in Sector 26.Police said the accused are Imitiaz Khan and Ghanshyam, both residents of Bapu Dham Colony, Sector 26, and Dhanush of Dhanas.Tahil Rasool Tali, a resident of Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir, had alleged three unknown persons had snatched his mobile phone on the road stretch between the transport light point and railway light point on Tuesday night. Police arrested the three accused and recovered the snatched mobile phone from them.Police said one of the accused, Dhanush, was booked in three cases of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
