RMRC launches two new labs

BHUBANESWAR: The Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC) on Monday inaugurated two new advanced laboratories, a Grade-1 virology lab and a TB culture and drug sensitivity lab, on its premises.
Such labs will create technical manpower in the area of viral diagnosis and research, said Sanjib Dutta, finance advisor of RMRC. The labs will support disease surveillance of emerging infections in the region and augment research in medical colleges.
