Guv extends tenure of 3 VCs

Bhubaneswar: The governor of Odisha, who is also the chancellor of state universities, on Thursday increased the tenure of vice-chancellors of Utkal University, Rama Devi University and Gangadhar Meher University by six months. The tenure of the VCs was supposed to end in November. Das had earlier asked the govt to expedite the appointment of new VCs. TNN
