Kandhamal collector dons teacher’s hat

Berhampur: The students of upper primary schools in Kandhamal's Phiringia block were in for a pleasant surprise when the district collector donned the hat of a teacher on Saturday.Ved Bhusan was on inspection duty at the government high school when he came to know that the block level science seminar, on "Quantum age begins: possibilities and challenges", was being conducted and he decided to speak to the students about the topic for an hour.
