Congress: Medical facilities inadequate for Bahanaga train accident victims

BHUBANESWAR: The Congress on Sunday alleged that minimum medical facilities are being provided to the victims of Bahanaga train accident saying the central government is indifferent towards the safety of railway passengers.
Former MoS railways and Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury made the allegation after visiting the train accident site in Balasore on Sunday. The Congress MP met the railway officials and discussed the aspects of the restoration work at the accident site.He said the rescue and relief operation got delayed by almost two to three hours.
