CM inaugurates Mukteshwar dance festival

Bhubaneswar: CM Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated the 3-day Mukteshwar Dance Festival-2026 on the Mukteshwar Temple premises on Friday evening. In his inaugural address, the CM highlighted the unique architecture of Mukteshwar Temple and said the festival plays a significant role in promoting Odissi dance. Organised annually by the Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi with support from the department of Odia language, literature, and culture, the event emerged as a key cultural attraction in Bhubaneswar for tourists and culture enthusiasts, while also showcasing the state's archaeological heritage.
