Singrauli woman killed by husband

Police in Singrauli have solved the murder of a woman whose decomposed body was found in a forest earlier this week, arresting her husband for allegedly strangling her following a domestic dispute linked to his second marriage. The body was found on March 17.Police said that on March 13, Ansari took the woman on a motorcycle to a secluded forest stretch, where he allegedly strangled her to death. He then abandoned the body at the spot, disposed of her mobile phone in a canal to destroy evidence, and later misled her family by claiming that she left without informing anyone. TNN
