On pretext of marriage, man rapes woman

Bhopal: A man allegedly befriended a 36-year-old woman over a matrimonial website and raped her at a hotel on the pretext of marriage. Acting on the woman's complaint, police on Tuesday registered a case on charges of rape against the accused and arrested him.Police said the accused visited Bhopal multiple times to sexually exploit the woman. When the woman asked him to marry her, he refused. Distressed, the woman approached police. tnn
