MP: Teen raped at her home in Ratibad

BHOPAL: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 22-year-old man in Ratibad locality on Saturday morning. After the incident, the survivor approached Ratibad police station with her family members and got a case registered.
Police said that the survivor is a resident of Ratibad and is a Class 8 dropout. She stated in her complaint that accused Sudhama, 22, works as a laborer at the building where she resides with family and her father works also works in same building.
She told police that on Saturday around 11 pm when her parents had gone out for some work and her brother went to his friend's home in a nearby locality, the accused barged into her home while she was taking bath.
The accused started pressurising her to come with him and when she denied, the accused allegedly outraged her modesty and fled the spot threatening her of dire consequences. When her family members returned, she narrated her ordeal and approached Ratibad police station. The accused will be nabbed soon, said police.
