Married man rapes woman on pretext of marriage

Bhopal: A case was filed against a man for allegedly raping and sexually exploiting a woman for nearly 3 years on the pretext of marriage.According to police, the complainant alleged that she worked with an NGO. During her tenure, she became acquainted with a co-worker. When the woman's husband came to know about their relationship, disputes arose between the couple. The accused allegedly assured the woman that he would marry her after she obtained a divorce from her husband. Trusting his assurance, the woman divorced her husband. However, after the divorce, the accused refused to marry her, following which the woman lodged a complaint. Cops said a probe is on to arrest the man.
