Boy falls off tree; lands on iron gate, dies

Bhopal: An 18-year-old died after falling off a Peepal tree in Koh-e-Fiza locality on Saturday afternoon.
SHO Koh-e-Fiza Vijay Singh Sisodia said that Rohit Pathak, 18, son of Manoj Pathak, a resident of Singar Choli area, was in a private job. Around 2.30pm, he climbed on a Peepal tree near his house and was plucking the leaves. An iron gate of a boundary wall is located below the tree on which pointed iron bars are installed for security.Rohit lost balance and fell on the iron gate. The pointed iron rods pierced through his body and he sustained severe injuries. He was rushed to hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead. tnn
