Another cafe clash turns violent: Youths hurl bricks

Bhopal: A café operator was seriously injured, allegedly after being attacked by around half a dozen youths in MP Nagar Zone-II on Monday evening. The college students allegedly assaulted him and hurled bricks and stones during the incident. They vandalised the cafe. Police said the attack appeared to be linked to an earlier dispute. The attack comes after the cafe attack in Misrod, which hit national news. A video of this incident too went viral on social media
According to police, about half a dozen youths initially reached the café and began arguing with the operator outside the shop. The argument soon turned violent as more associates joined them, and they assaulted the victim, also damaging property.The complainant, Mohit Vishwakarma, who runs the tea café, told police that the attackers targeted him to avenge a quarrel that took place near the café 2 days ago.
