MANDLA: Four men died after their motorcycle plunged off a dilapidated bridge in Madhya Pradesh’s Mandla district on Saturday night, police said. The accident took place near Bhainswahi village around 8 pm, said Bijadandi police station house officer Anita Kudape. The victims were travelling from Paudi to Bhainswahi when their motorcycle hit a pothole on the bridge. The rider lost control and the two-wheeler fell off the bridge, she said. All four sustained severe injuries and later succumbed, the official added. The deceased were identified as Pramod Kumar Nareti (24), Santalal Uikey (23), Shivam Yadav (25) and Gangaram (22). Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
