Talks break down
Talks between the BJP and former minister B Sriramulu brokedown as the latter persisted with his demand that he should be made minister if at all he has contest on BJP ticket.
Sriramulu, has already filed nomination has an Independent on Friday. He was here in Bangalore on Thursday to negotiate after the non-Valmiki community threaten not to support him in the by-poll, scheduled on November 30.
