BENGALURU: A criminal case for allegedly trespassing and attacking Dalits on a property in Yelahanka, north Bengaluru, was registered under the SC& ST Act and other IPC sections against Congress minister and Hiryur MLA D Sudhakar on Sunday evening.

The case came a day after Sudhakar's son, Suhas, filed a police complaint, accusing 11 people of trespassing into the property of Seven Hills Developers and Traders. On Sunday, a woman identified as Subbamma filed the criminal case against Sudhakar for allegedly trespassing and assaulting Dalits on the three-acre property located at Gandhinagar, KHB Colony, Yelahanka. The FIR registered identifies Seven Hills Developers and Traders as accused no. 1 and Sudhakar as accused no 2. There are two more accused - Srinivas and Bhagyamma.
