`Media neglecting N Karnataka'

dharwad: former director of bangalore doordarshan g.m. shirahatti regretted that the media was neglecting artistes and writers hailing from north karnataka region. as chief guest at the mohini bhasmasura ballet organised at the karnataka vidyavardhaka sangha, shirahatti said, the partisan stand taken by media affected the development of art and culture.poet v.c. airasang, director of the ballet seeta chappar, anuradha sabnis and anita parvatikar were felicitated at the function. journalist patil puttappa presided. the general secretray of kvv sangha b.v. gunjetti welcomed. siddhalinga desai introduced the guest. veena kulkarni compered. k.h. joshi proposed the vote of thanks.
