KV Sangathan celebrates Yoga Day in Bengaluru

BENGALURU: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Bangalore Region, celebrated the 8th International Yoga Day at Samprasiddhi Sports Estadio - Tannisandra, at 7am with 800 students from 16 different KV’s, 100 Teaching & Non Teaching staff.
It was led by Deputy Commissioner- KVS RO Bengaluru Sirimala Sambanna. The Chief Coordinator of the event was Asst Commissioner KVS RO, Blore P C Raju & Asst Commissioner Y G Patil.
The day began with official Yoga protocol, with students in Navy Blue track pants with white T-Shirts Sponsored by SBI, on red mats.
They performed the Yoga asanas as directed by the Yoga teacher. The hovering drones captured pictures of students performing various Asanas from various angles.
