The Karnataka CM in his assembly speech explained why he is staying in a suite in Taj West End. According to him he was sitting in the same room and was watching the 2018 assembly poll results. "I got a call from Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad to say his party had decided to support the JDS and make him the CM. I consider it a lucky room and hence have retained.
