Identical twins score same marks in Class XII

GOWRIBIDANUR (CHIKKABALLAPUR): Impossible though it may sound, these twin sisters are not only identical in their looks, but scored exactly the same marks in the PU exam.
Meet Thanuja S and Thanushree S, twin daughters of Sathyanarayana and Padma . They secured 580 marks in PU. Results which were announced couple of days ago.
Both scored a Centum in Physics and Chemistry and secured 97 in Kannada language.Students of BGS PU College in Gowribidanur, they are planning to pursue medical education.
Speaking to TOI, Thanuja S, older of the twins, said they couldn't believe their results once they saw their marks on the screenas both had secured 580 apiece . Thanushree S, five minutes younger than her twin sister, attributed their performance to the encouragement from their mother, Padma.
Expressing happiness at the performance of her younger sisters, Tejaswini, who is pursuing engineering at BMSIT, Yelahanka, said that she would like to see her sisters wearing white coats and serving the needy, especially in rural areas.
