owns a travel agency , Manjula was a homemaker. According to police, Kumar lost control over the car while overtaking a truck and failed to notice the parked truck. “The truck had neither rear lights nor indicators. Kumar didn't see the truck and rammed it from behind,“ Hosakote police said.`Left wedding hall early'
According to friends and relatives, Kumar's family left the reception much earlier than the scheduled time.
“The children were students of a private school in Hosakote. Manjula told Kumar she needed to get home early to finish some chores before the children went to school. So the family left at 9.45pm and met with the accident in less than 30 minutes,“ Gangadhar added.
