The Times of Indiainitiative, presented by Bhima Jewellers, wrapped up, bringing together residents of all ages for a morning filled with movement, music, art, culture, and pure joy.Step Nation set the tone with a soulful veena instrumental followed by a children’s group dance that drew cheers and smiles from the crowd. Swingers Dance Inc kept the momentum going, turning the open street into a dance floor. Let’s Move Dance Academy and Rhythm Star Academy added to the spectacle, with residents dancing to the beats.For the young, Aryan Martial Arts brought discipline and dynamism, while Vijaya Cultural Academy showcased the richness of India’s cultural heritage through performances.Mic & Melody and From Mug to Mic brought performances that fostered a sense of community among the audience, while My India Quest by QShala added a fun, quiz-driven twist — reminding residents how much there is to discover about their own country.Falun Dafa and Heartfulness offered participants a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, a gentle counterpoint to the lively performances around them and a reminder that a happy street is also a mindful one.The art zone was a world of its own. Art Attic hosted interactive workshops for children and adults alike, including keychain making, bookmark designing, and self-portrait sketching — activities that blended playfulness with personal expression, sending families home with memories they had quite literally made with their own hands.Adding a meaningful civic flavour to the morning, Postcrossing Welfare Society of India, led by Col Akhil Kumar, set up a charming philately stall celebrating stamps and postcard writing. Alert NGO brought heart and purpose to the finale, reminding the community that happy streets are built by the people who choose to show up for each other, every single day.
