Bangalore: The state government has threatened to terminate lecturers from service if it finds them working as conduits during the ongoing recruitment to degree colleges.
Higher education minister Arvind Limbavali told reporters on Monday that he has received more than 30 complaints on lecturers collecting funds using the minister's name.
"Anyone can directly complain to the minister if the newly-appointed lecturers are facing this menace.
If found guilty, they will be dismissed from the service,'' Limbavali said.
