's eyes rendering her unconscious, before attacking Narasimhamurthy, 28, with knives and choppers.

Anitha, who woke up early on Friday, found blood stains on the floor and raised an alarm. Narasimhamurthy's body was found wrapped in a polythene bag under the cot a few minutes later.

Anitha told police she found the house locked from outside after she regained consciousness. The body was discovered with the help of neighbours, who also alerted police. Anitha told cops she can identify one of the three assailants. Police, who have procured

footage from the area, are questioning neighbours.

The body was handed over to the family and police said that they will question Anitha again after the funeral and use the services of a sketch artist.
