Firm to invest Rs 100 crore to build Kadubeesanahalli Metro station

Bengaluru: Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) has signed an agreement with BMRCL for the construction of Kadubeesanahalli Metro station building on Outer Ring Road. Vikas Telecom Private Limited (VTPL), which is part of Embassy REIT, will fund the construction with an investment of Rs 100 crore.In a press release, BMRCL said Namma Metro will offer naming rights of Kadubeesanahalli station along with advertisement, commercial space and direct connectivity for 30 years. The new station will be named Embassy Tech/Village Kadubeesanahalli Metro station. Kadubeesanahalli is part of the Blue Line from Silk Board to Kempegowda International Airport.
