Car hits Namma Metro barricade, none hurt

BENGALURU: A car was damaged after it hit a barricade at a Namma Metro construction site near Karthiknagar, Doddanekkundi junction, towards Mahadevapura on Outer Ring Road on Sunday.
According to HAL Airport traffic police, the accident took place at 3.30pm and the driver of the car did not approach them to file a complaint about the incident till late in the night.
The incident took place along the Blue Line of Namma Metro from Central Silk Board-KR Puram (Outer Ring Road Metro). The car hit the barricade which fell on the road. None was hurt.
BMRCL managing director Anjum Parwez said: "The car crashed into the barricade. It's not Namma Metro's fault."
