Brillio buys London-based CloudStratex

Bengaluru: Brillio has acquired London-based advisory services CloudStratex that helps businesses build agile, and efficient cloud infrastructure to accelerate digital transformation. The deal size was not disclosed. This is Brillio’s fourth acquisition.Nearly 80% of Brillio’s over 6,000 professionals are based in India, spread across the company’s centres in Bengaluru (India head office), Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The company -- certified a Great Place to Work for three successive years in 2021, 2022 and 2023 -- also has a presence in the US, Romania, Canada, and Mexico. With this acquisition, the company has expanded its presence in the UK and Europe, and added significant cloud advisory, enterprise service management (ESM), ServiceNow, and workplace management expertise to its digital engineering capabilities, industry-oriented solutioning, and global execution model.CloudStratex, founded in 2019, has the bulk of its clientele among the Global 2000 multinational companies.
