All eyes on Bellary ministers
BANGALORE: The Bellary ministers -- G Janardhana Reddy, B Sriramulu and G Karunakara Reddy -- who spearheaded the revolt last October are being keenly watched.
While Janardhana and Sriramulu preferred to take the Chennai route to convince the dissident MLAs camping there, Karunakara stayed with chief minister B S Yeddyurappa. Janardhana on Tuesday said those who commit mistakes will pay the penalty but failed to clarify who he was referring to.

His close associates maintained that the Reddys no longer share a great rapport with Yeddyurappa as the CM ignored their suggestion while reshuffling the cabinet recently.
Sriramulu was the first to visit the Chennai hideout of rebel MLAs. Sources said he tried to convince the MLAs to return to the Yeddyurappa fold, but was unsuccessful. Later in the evening, Janardhana met the rebels at Chennai airport before they made their way to Kochi.
