Bindi, bangles and mehendi at this Teej bash in Bareilly

The ladies of Inner Wheel Club of Bareilly New North ‘Arpan’ recently hosted a Teej party at a city hotel. Decked up in traditional attire in different shades of green, the ladies had a gala time at the event.
The entire venue was decorated with flowers, bangles, balloons and colourful paper works. Guests were seen posing happily with selfie frames decorated with bindi, bangles and mehendi.Several competitions and titles, including a ramp walk, dancing divas, Teej queen and mehendi diva kept the members engaged throughout the event.
Sheetal Gulati, a resident of DD Puram, who won the title of ramp queen, said, “From playing games to taking part in different competitions, we did so much masti.”
Neha Gulati, a resident of Prabhat Nagar, said, “We danced like crazies during the celebration. Some of the members even gave solo performances. It was a good get-together after a long time.”
Kavita Saxena, a resident of Rampur Garden, said, “We took a lot of pictures while posing on the Teej jhula. We also played tambola and other games.”
