CMIA to explore Israel tie-ups

Chamber of Marathwada Industries Association (CMIA) discussed various keys areas of technical collaboration and joint ventures with the Israeli consul general in Mumbai David Akov during their meeting on Thursday.
Akov said, "Defence sectors in Israel are looking for Indian counter-parts for future collaboration and Aurangabad fulfils the requirement," he said.
CMIA president Ashish Garde stressed that Aurangabad has immense opportunity in manufacturing defence equipment, automobile and plastic moulding and looks forward for extended support from Israel for future tie-ups."To strengthen the relations a delegation of Israeli would visit Aurangabad MIDC while a CMIA delegation would visit Israel to explore the possibility of future collaborations, he said.
Among the other entrepreneurs present during the meeting included Ram Bhogale, Milind Kank, Munish Sharma and Prasad Kokil.
