AMRITSAR : Sikh body Dal Khalsa has announced a two day events to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the “Operation Blue Star”, an Indian army action to flush out militants from Golden Temple complex.Party’s secretary for political affairs Kanwar Pal Singh told media persons on Saturday said that the party had given a call for Amritsar bandh on June 6 adding that the call was only for shut down of business, commercial and educational institutions and there would be no stoppage of transportation. He said a holocaust remembrance parade would be held in the city on June 5 evening starting from Burj Akali Phoola Singh.
