Rita Bahuguna Joshi meets traders

Prayagraj: Allahabad MP and senior BJP leader Prof Rita Bahuguna Joshi on Sunday met traders whose shops were gutted in a major fire at chowk located Nehru complex on Saturday and compiled the details about the losses. Traders told BJP MP that properties worth Rs 5 crore was gutted in the fire. They also apprised senior BJP leader that voltage fluctuation due to rains has caused the incident in at least 13 shops. Prof Joshi, however, directed the officials to draw a list of per shop damages and would ensure that traders should get adequate economic assistance at district and state level.
