Prayagraj: The government vehicle of the special land acquisition officer (SLAO), Yogendra Singh overturned at Naini of trans-Yamuna area of Prayagraj. The SUV overturned while avoiding a collision with a two-wheeler rider. No one was injured in the incident.
However, the district administration made it clear that the vehicle was not a part of the fleet of UP Governor Anandiben Patel who was returning to Prayagraj after attending the convocation of Prof Rajju Bhaiya university in Naini. “The SUV of the SLAO overturned at Naini. He was coming on the same route, from where the Governor had passed a few minutes before, but his vehicle was not a part of her fleet”, said ADM City, Madan Kumar. Inspector Naini, Brijesh Singh said, “The SUV of the district administration overturned while saving a two-wheeler rider. Since the vehicle was coming at high-speed, it over-turned as soon as the driver applied the brakes”.tnn
